This theme presents a series of data concerning to the Romanian investments on the capital market. From the contents follows the fact that the present structure of issuers don't reflects in devoted way the economic context from our country. Great majority of societies listed to stock exchange is composed from industrial firms and don't of institutional investors, just as it would must to reflect the economic development. This situation is temporary, because it makes efforts in respect of the degree of investors protection.
Unfortunately, the offer of financial instruments on the capital market remains limited, what prevents implication on this market, of investors of big financial force (strong financiers).
